[Hack] 2nd IMTT

IMTT Logohlb and I am preparing second IMTT meet-up. We have chosen new place and designed new schedule. Anyone/any new topic is welcome! Please see our IMTT20031019 in Jedi's Kwiki.

New place to host this meet-up is called "一元堂" which can contain more participators. We'll cut technical issue and focus on "blog" itself this time. If you have some good ideas/thought to share, also please apply to us!
