[Hack] Enable Windows' IPv6 support

under cmd, enter ipv6 installThere is always undocumented feature on Windows. If you are using Windows 2000 SP4 (or above) or Windows XP, you can enable IPv6 support by entering this under cmd.exe:

ipv6 install
