- 取得 ActivePerl 並安裝
- 重新開機

- 取得 Nmake15.exe
- 執行 Nmake15.exe ，得到 nmake.exe 和 nmake.err
- 把 nmake.exe 和 nmake.err 複製到 C:\perl\bin\
Spiffy

- 檢查是否有較新的版本
- 取得 Spiffy-0.20.tar.gz 或更新版
- 解壓縮
